  6. Today, 158. 155 is what I shoot for leading up to an event. Typical winter (no cycling) weight is around 165.

  7. My real motivation is not getting my butt kicked in a flat-out sprint in Central Park. 170 is probably where I'd be if I ate a normal diet and didn't exercise.

  8. Yeah, that all sounds right given your height and build. If you were 121 I'd start a rock concert event for you.

    I should get down to 175, that was a good weight for me. I could conceivably weigh a little more if it was lean muscle, but 190 with not a lot of muscle is entirely too fat. Embarrassing :-|

    Well, perfect time of the year to effect a change!
