Identify the following cat breeds. Since some breeds have a lot of diversity of colors and may look very similar to other breeds, I've give you six chances to get five points. That is, the maximum score is still 5/5, but you get six guesses and I'll take the best five of them.
What official breeds are these cats?
Oh, in case there are multiple contestants who get 5/5, the sixth answer will count, as the tiebreaker. If multiple people get 6/6, they all win!
Don't worry dog lovers, I'll get to you soon. Maybe even birds and reptiles, too...

If you didn't notice I'm not up on my cat breeds, I either like them or don't with little time taken to appreciate the pedigree. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat's quite alright, I'm not much into the whole breeding thing, just like cats with good personalities, "breed" or street cat.
ReplyDeleteYou got 4 and 6 right anyway!
2/5 Correct.
You did a cat quiz without me :(
ReplyDeleteI'll do another soon - promise.
ReplyDeleteYou'd have got all these anyway.
Congratulations Mandy!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd you, Hansies. I decided to award the prize to you both. The Egyptian Mau was called the Egyptian Silver Mau at one time, and oddly enough there was a famous one called "Princess" - but it was never part of the breed name.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, two winners are better than one! You can each have a statue of Bastet. Don't pounce on her, Hans! She might curse you and make your tail fall off.
I would've got stuck on the Abyssinian.
ReplyDeleteThat would still have netted you five points, in which case you can consider yourself a third winner of the Bastet statue.
ReplyDelete:D It'll look great in the lounge.
