Boy, those are small toy boats. Cool picture!
Yeah, some crazy artist built a giant rubber ducky "to make the stressed out sailors and boatmen feel more relaxed." And I suspect, to get publicity for his work.
Funny though.
I wouldn't call him a "ducky" to his beak. Mr. Duck maybe.
Or "Sir, Yessir, Mr. Duck!"
