Your diet is healthier than the average American diet - but that's not saying much!
You already know what's good for you. Just eat more of it.

Eat more of it so you can get closer to your ideal of 185 lbs.

Today, 158. 155 is what I shoot for leading up to an event. Typical winter (no cycling) weight is around 165.

My real motivation is not getting my butt kicked in a flat-out sprint in Central Park. 170 is probably where I'd be if I ate a normal diet and didn't exercise.

Yeah, that all sounds right given your height and build. If you were 121 I'd start a rock concert event for you.

I should get down to 175, that was a good weight for me. I could conceivably weigh a little more if it was lean muscle, but 190 with not a lot of muscle is entirely too fat. Embarrassing :-|

Well, perfect time of the year to effect a change!
