ditto on the first two.

ISTJ on the Jung test, though that coulda gone a few different ways:
Introverted (I) 83.33%
Sensing (S) 54.17%
Thinking (T) 54.17%
Judging (J) 58.33%

Funny, I had you pegged as an ISTJ, but you were REALLY close in the last three categories. That means you're well balanced I guess. My logic was that our minor differences are that you're more of s realist, relying on your senses, while I'm an idealist, a dreamer. Neither is right or wrong, but I think it's a good distinction between us. Otherwise, pretty similar.

Would be interesting to see how you scored on a more in-depth assessment (ie, more questions), not that it really matters, but because your scored are so close in the last three categories. Probably a good thing, overall. I'm too extreme in everything I do.

Thanks for sharing your results.

P.S. Total change of subject but I'm listening to the Cat Power song "Names" right now and it's making me tear up. =(

ESFJ

Extroverted (E) 50% Introverted (I) 50%
Sensing (S) 50% Intuitive (N) 50%
Feeling (F) 70.83% Thinking (T) 29.17%
Judging (J) 58.33% Perceiving (P) 41.67%

This is interesting but really it depends on just what situation you're in or who you're with, but I tried to answer how I generally am under my normal circumstances right now.

Yeah, this is a very unscientific implementation of the test. I'm pretty sure if you took a "real" myers-briggs type indicator test you'd find you were an INFJ, pretty clearly.

I - You're introverted.
N - You're intuitive, a dreamer, not so much practical and in the "now", though you've learnt to be over the years. I think naturally you're an N, but it would be close on a test because of the weight of learned behavior.
F - Clearly a feeling being.
J - You judge things and make assessments rather than just perceive. This would be close too, I think you probably had a more passive, open mind when you were young. We all move toward the 50/50 split on all these as we get older, btw.

Anyway that's my opinion, just knowing you. The I and F are definites, the other two I think society (life) has conditioned you to drift from your original values toward a more central approach. This makes survival sense.

One of the reasons I'm probably always so discontented is that my four letters are all in the minority as far as the general population goes, and I constantly resist the urge to be pulled their way, or even toward the center. In fact, I try to go the other way, more into my original nature, and screw the bozos.
