You're back. Have you been living a Kipling story out among the bruins of North America?
Do you still have bits of raw salmon between your teeth?
No doubt we shall soon find out.
Yeah, hanging out with old classmates in this pic. See, I went to UCLA for a bit, our mascot was a Bruin.
I haven't been up to anything interesting. I got a bit ill and also injured my back, so that really accounts for my time off the computer. no visits to Never-never Land or anything, secret rendezvous with Tinkerbell, or anything like that I'm afraid.
What have you been up to? Everything cricket in the T-Rex world?
A short time off work has meant I went to a multi-sport tournament, camped out under stars and the influence of a vast variety of alcoholic over-indulgencies. My 10 year old went with me. He's so cool!
Played tons of cricket, my team won the final in the last over. A good, sunny, hot finish to a short, damp season. Cricket therefore finished for another season. I hate it with no cricket. May seems a long way off.
Also went camping in the freezing moorland outdoors. Grounding and too short. Back to work tomorrow. Nuts! I hate work, and though I'm starting a new job in a couple of weeks, it wont be so very different from the one I'm leaving. Where are those lottery millions?
Lots on my mind which means less p.c. time with no frills. Look out for posts maybe.
Take care,
T.R.
Congrats on the win! I'll bet your son really enjoy spending all that time with you. Camping is great... not sure about on a frozen moor though. Well at least it was solid, otherwise old bodies may have bobbed to the surface. The tend to do that in moors... Good luck with the new job and feel free to visit the old blog any time. I'll check yours too.
Signing off,
Major Tom.

They're not "lazy," they're "efficient."
